RENTAL CONTRACT

1. A rental contract will be completed and a copy carried with the renter in case you are required to prove you are legally in possession of the vehicle. Each contract will be issued a rental agreement number.

2. The vehicle’s VIN number will be on the rental contract.

3. The rental contract will show the rental date and time.

4. The rental contract will show the destination.

5. The rental contract will show the rental return date and time.

6. The rental contract will contain the names of allowable authorized drivers, drivers’ license numbers, and addresses.

7. Initial vehicle mileage will be recorded.

8. All charges will be itemized on the rental contract.

9. A rental signature confirms the terms of the rental agreement by the church renting the van.
