General Requirements

Driver: Driver must be at least 21 years of age with a valid South Carolina driver’s license. Only church authorized drivers are permitted to drive the rental vehicle.		  
     
 

Reservations

Advance reservations are required to insure the availability of the van. All travel must be east of the Mississippi River unless approved otherwise.		  
     
 

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made prior to the reservation date or a fee of $100 will be charged the church.		  
     
 

Rates

Rates do not include fuel, state and local taxes. Vehicle must be returned with a minimum of a ¼ tank of fuel.  If not, then a fee will be charged of $50 for refueling the van.		  
     
 

Daily Charges

Daily charges are on a 24 hour clock.  Example, From 10:00 a.m. on Monday to 10:00 a.m. on the next day Tuesday is a one day charge.

  
     
 

Condition

Van must be returned in the same condition as when carried out or additional clean up fees will be charged.  The van will be inspected at drop off and at time of pick up.

  
     
 

Grace period for return of vehicle

Renters are given a 120 minute grace period for return.  After the grace period time the renter could be charged per additional hour.  If delayed a phone call must be made to 864-895-6400  or 864-420-9488 for notification of delay.		  
     
 

Insurance Coverage

Insurance coverage is provided on the church’s behalf up to $100,000 CSL.
